we used Stanley Steamer, the hot steam discolored the carpet in areas surrounding the stains and their suction extraction method damaged the carpet, leaving it with a hard, scratchy surface and track marks from the machine. I was hesitant to try another cleaner, but Jake at Best Carpet assured me they are very experienced with wool berber and they use a use carbonation technique, not hot steam to clean carpets. I can happily report that his team did an amazing job and our cleaner, Cen, was very careful and detailed in cleaning the stains while improving the texture and returning our carpet to it’s natural softness. I highly recommend Best Carpet for wool berber carpet cleaning and would definitely use this company again.

very clear about the price breakdown through those messages, and explained what would cost extra. One apartment hadn’t had carpet cleaning in 10+ years, and the other apartment maybe 5 years. The day of, Sergio texted to ask if he could come earlier than our schedule window, which was totally fine. He did a quick walkthrough and breakdown of each of our apartments and explained what would be done for each major stain and also was honest about which stains he wasn’t sure he would be able to completely remove. He worked fast and thorough, and after he was done with each apartment, had us inspect it and sign off. During this, my OTHER neighbor asked for his 2 rooms to be cleaned as well, which Sergio was able to do. All in all, everyone was very happy with the work done! Would definitely use them again.

so fast. My carpet is white, I own cats and I have stairs as well. I do suggest moving furniture and picking small items to help the technician work. He did still move a sofa, chair and coffee table anyway. It took about two hours to clean four rooms including stairs and a loft or mid 700-800 square feet if carpet. Price was good as well matching what I normally pay. You get what you pay for.
