My Roomate had been talking about throwing away his amazingly comfortable and disgustingly stained sectional that was 7+ years old as he got a quote for reapolsetry that was over 1000$. He never thought about hiring a professional cleaner. For a one year present to the apartment I decided to have Jake come over and take a crack at the couch. I always though the couch was gray. I learned today I was totally wrong. Jake called 20 mins before he arrive. Showed up 5 mins early. Came in and told us our couch was heavily soiled like a 9/10 in terms of the worst of the worst. I'm talking 7 years of dirt, wine spills and heavy use. He starting working on it and did amazing work. Will be having him come back in a year or two. Highly recommend. A+

Let me start this by saying, I have a couch that has been through some really dirty things... if you know what I mean! This bad boy needed a thorough cleaning, so I called Jake at Carpet Dry-Cleaning and More! You should see what he found in this couch. My couch is like brand new. I've been sitting on it with no clothes because I don't want to get it dirty again. I've also been making love to my wife and various other people on the floor to keep the purity of the couch in tact. The only downside to how clean the couch is, is now the carpet near the couch needs cleaning. I just texted Jake. I'll let you know later how the carpet turns out.

Got a quote from 3 different businesses to clean our Off-White Couch (I know, we are idiots, right? Who buys a white couch?). Carpet Dry Cleaning & More was the best quote amongst them. The previous person who cleaned our couch - referred by our Dry Cleaners, had done it for very cheap but I couldn't get ahold of him. Jake came to do our service and was fantastic. The photos here will tell the truth! We knew the couch was dirty, but we didn't even realize just how dirty until we saw this work in progress! Would happily call this business again, as well as referring them to friends who need a couch cleaning.

Amazing Service! A visiting dog peed on my carpet. Jake came and had the best disposition, he cleaned it. The smell had not gone 100%, he came back, clean it again. After two days, my dog peed , I guess because of the smell of the products on the carpet. I called him, he gave me another service separately from the other one he had done before, and then a stain appeared, he came back, and told me that if it doesn't go away, he can come again. I am really happy with his good attitude. He works really well! I know it'a not easy or magic to clean a stain and the pee smell; I recommend him 100% and in the future if I had to call a carpet cleaning, I would call him again with no doubt! Ryan L.. Wow. So we just moved and our filthy (and thats putting it lightly) rug needed some good cleaning. When I rolled it out, the smell nearly knocked me on my butt. Our dog certainly did a number on it over the years. Anyways, the guys from Carpet Dry Cleaning came and worked magic on this thing on their hands and knees. Also, they put a little deodorant solution to make it smell good. All dog hair is out and smell is gone. We've had our rug cleaned before but it never turned out this good. Plus, the dudes were super nice and cool.

I just moved into an apartment with pretty much carpet throughout the place. I'm Asian so I take off my shoes at the front door. Although the manager had the carpet cleaned after the last tenant moved out, it was vacant for a month and who knows how much foot traffic there was during that time. I called a number of places in the early evening for a quote and although this place was not the cheapest, they were able to come out the very next morning. Jake was very friendly and professional over the phone and he was exactly the same in person! Jake was so thorough. I saw every step of the cleaning process. I can't believe how much carpet tuft/fluff comes off after the "buffing" process! But all the dirty tufts came out and he even got spots in the carpet where the maintenance guy had spilled paint on it. Since I had just moved in, I didn't have much furniture and the things that I did have on the floor Jake moved them so that he could clean every possible space. He didn't just clean around them. He even moved my queen sized mattress and box spring back and forth from one end of the bedroom to the other during the muti-step process. It gives me peace of mind knowing that the carpet is nice and clean and that I can literally kick off my shoes at the end of the day. I highly recommend them!!! I am very pleased with the results and with the wonderful customer service.
